A Bill of Material with parts references and manufacturers part numbers

Assembly Drawings and PCB layout

Gerber or equivalent PCB information

List of Approved Vendors (if appropriate)

Test Schematics and Procedures (if appropriate)

Quality requirements if different from IPC-610 Class 3
