Ultra CEMS go LEAN!

Ultra CEMS has recently successfully carried out two lean manufacturing initiatives at its Weymouth based facility. Initially 5S was introduced to the manufacturing areas and this was closely followed by a Single Minute Exchange of Die Project(SMED).
